Privacy statement

Data controller

HUBBRR, established at [TO COMPLETE] (address), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number [TO COMPLETE] (registration number), is the controller for the processing of your personal data. You can reach us at info@hubbrr.com.

What we process

We collect only what you enter in the contact form yourself, plus the limited technical data needed to serve the site.

• Name and company name
• The sector you select
• Email address or phone number
• The description you type into the message field
• With your consent: analytics data such as IP address, pages visited and referring website

Purpose and legal basis

We use form data solely to answer your demo request and to contact you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Analytics data is processed only on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We use the following processors:

• Postmark (ActiveCampaign) — for sending email. Your name, company name, contact details and message are processed in the course of this. Postmark is established in the United States; transfers take place under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
• Google Analytics — only if you have given consent. Without consent the Google tag is not loaded and no cookies are set.
• Google reCAPTCHA — on the contact page only, to assess whether a request comes from a human. Your IP address and interaction data are sent to Google in the process. We rely on our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the United States take place under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We keep contact form submissions for [TO COMPLETE] (fill in a retention period, for example 24 months after last contact), after which we delete them. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard period.

Your rights

In respect of your personal data you have the following rights:

• Access to the data we hold about you
• Rectification of inaccurate data
• Erasure of your data
• Restriction of processing
• Objection to processing
• Portability of your data

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
