HUBBRR automates workflow-intensive processes for HOA managers, property managers, construction companies, scaffold companies, traffic controllers and site setup firms. We build AI integrations — and are looking for someone who thinks at architecture level, not just clears tickets.
What will you do?
Build and further develop the HUBBRR platform.
Integrate AI models and automation workflows into existing and new product features.
Translate complex sector processes (construction, HOA, property) into intuitive user interfaces.
Design scalable backend structures and API integrations.
Think along on product architecture and technical decisions together with the co-founders.
Contribute to rapid iterations — from idea to live feature in days, not months.
AI is not an afterthought at HUBBRR
We actively build AI validation, workflow automation and smart signalling into our product. Experience with LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic or similar), prompt engineering or AI-driven workflows is a strong plus. You do not need to be an ML engineer — but you need to understand how to make AI useful in a product development environment.
